About JAYSON
As a young leader, I want every child to feel included, valued, and respected. As a youth who has always dreamed of promoting inclusivity despite facing various family challenges, I understand how important it is to make others feel accepted and supported. Through my teaching experiences during my first, second, and third year in college, I have developed a passion for guiding and inspiring young learners. I am eager to share my knowledge, skills, and wisdom with my students and help them grow academically and personally. I hope to inspire them to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential.

As a child who grew up in poverty and has always been passionate about becoming a teacher someday, I aspire to teach children in ways that best suit how they learn. I firmly believe that a child's willingness and readiness to learn depend on their individual learning style. Therefore, as a future teacher, I will strive to create a learning environment that recognizes and supports the unique needs of every learner.
