About Ting
Hi! I'm Ting, and I've just finished my time at secondary school and will be heading off to university this autumn. I've always enjoyed Chemistry as a subject and took it as one of my Higher Level IB subjects, achieving a grade 7 (which is A* equivalent in A-Level terms)! Having experienced GCSE Chemistry, I'm familiar and confident with the content and skills, mathematical ability and exam technique needed for such exams. Apart from GCSEs, I'm also confident in my ability to mentor Chemistry for younger years. In recent times, I've involved myself in coaching and mentoring programmes for various subjects and sports - I hope to use this experience and my years of study in Chemistry to provide any needed help!

Having worked with and taught students aged 7-14 through mentoring programmes, I am confident in tutoring Chemistry. My lessons will be online with flexible times, ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I am open to both lessons focusing on targeting weak areas, or general lessons aimed at improving the skillset and exam technique required for Chemistry; this will be achieved by working through both worksheets and past papers in either a guided or independent manner.
