My Lokesh, learned music from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning ... I want everyone to learn music. By learning music (sangeetam) everyone can acquire the sense of discrimination (Inkeetham). This is the reason why I want to teach music to the students.

Teaching Carnatic music to the students, especially for beginners, right from the basics, make them understand the sruti and laya by making them practice basic lessons such as sarali varisai, dhatu varise, jantavarisai, and alankaras. To get the grip in the tala and sruti, make the students practice all exercises in different speeds and in the same manner, singing the varnams in two or three speeds.
