About Grace
Teaching has helped me understand that students enjoy music more when they can connect with what they are learning. I like encouraging creativity while helping learners develop strong foundations.
With a Music Degree and 8 years of teaching experience, I've worked with young learners and adults with different interests and skill levels. These experiences have helped me become flexible and patient in my teaching.
I enjoy watching students reach personal milestones, whether it's playing a first song or improving a technique they found challenging. Helping them enjoy their musical progress is what makes teaching guitar special.

During my guitar lessons, I help students build their skills while enjoying the music they love. I keep classes practical and easy to follow, combining technique practice with songs and creative activities.
We'll work on chords, strumming patterns, rhythm guitar, fingerstyle playing, picking techniques, lead guitar skills, improvisation, songwriting basics, and music theory. We can practise a favourite song, improve tricky sections, or explore different styles to make your playing more enjoyable.
I'll share simple practice routines, regular feedback, and clear goals after each class. Over time, you'll develop better control, more confidence, and the ability to enjoy playing guitar independently.
