About Melissa

Welcome to my corner of language learning!

I'm thrilled to connect with you and share a bit about myself. With a background in English language and literature, coupled with dual citizenship and native fluency in both Turkish and English, teaching languages has become more than just a profession for me—it's a passion.

Having spent time teaching English to both children and adults in Turkey, I bring experience and expertise to my role as a language instructor.

Now, having relocated to London, I'm excited to continue my journey in language education, this time focusing on sharing the beauty and intricacies of the Turkish language with eager learners like you.

What sets me apart as a teacher is not just my qualifications, but also my approach. I believe in patience, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. As a good listener, I understand the unique needs and challenges of each student, tailoring my lessons to ensure maximum comprehension and progress. My flexibility allows for a personalized learning experience, adapting to your pace and preferences along the way.

So, whether you're embarking on a new adventure or seeking to deepen your connection with Turkish culture, I'm here to guide you on your language-learning journey!

About the lesson

Hello, prospective Turkish learners in London!

Drawing from my experience as an English teacher working with both adults and children, I bring a versatile and adaptive teaching approach to my Turkish lessons.

My methodology emphasizes interactive and engaging learning, with a focus on practical usage and real-life scenarios.

I believe in fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel confident to communicate and express themselves in Turkish.

Each session is designed to cater to the unique learning styles and preferences of my students.

Typically, my lessons run for about 60 minutes, allowing ample time for meaningful interaction and skill-building. However, I understand the importance of flexibility, and I'm always open to adjusting lesson lengths to accommodate individual needs and schedules.

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your Turkish skills, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

So, if you're ready, let's connect and start exploring the beauty of Turkish together!
