About Husman
I am a successful Mathematics graduate from Lancaster Univeristy who is working as a Data Analyst at Channel 4 (The TV Channel!). I love to have a laugh and enjoy eating literally anything but fruit. Speaking of eating, I eat numbers for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a passion for teaching Maths!
Although I am a newcomer to tutoring, I have taught groups of undergraduate students who are in year groups below myself as well as tutoring members of my family for their A-levels and GCSE's. As a student, I understand how daunting exams and the exam period can be. With my experience in higher level education, I am confident that I can help you achieve the grades you deserve!

I am a huge believer in "practise makes perfect!". My main teaching style is breaking concepts down into blocks. Once we master each of these blocks, we'll combine them together and start tackling exam style questions! I also expand on the mathematics behind these concepts to develop a deeper and intuitive understanding so that students are fully prepared to face whatever is thrown at them in exams.
Students will also be given practise work to complete before each session to consolidate understanding and prepare themselves for the next connected concept.
After we have covered all the content required, we will go through exam papers together and highlight how key concepts will come to test you during an exam.
Students will not be rushed. Learning will be at a pace you are comfortable with.
