I’m a singing tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Studies. I love blending traditional vocal training with modern technology to help my students prepare for studio recording and songwriting. Using tools like DAWs, vocal processors, and studio microphones, I guide learners through the technical side of music production. My focus spans genres such as R\&B, Soul, Acoustic Pop, and Contemporary Christian, where I emphasize strong lyric interpretation and expressive tone shaping. I work closely on harmonies and phrasing to bring songs to life in a unique way. For those with a background in Suzuki method, I emphasize gentle, steady breath control and vocal care to support their delicate, refined sound. This helps them express emotion naturally while maintaining vocal strength.
For students involved in orchestras, I focus on strong pitch accuracy and blending with others, building confidence for group performances. I teach vocal techniques that help them project clearly and adapt to different musical styles.
Both groups benefit from tools like ear training apps and vocal tracking software to monitor progress and improve pitch. These tools make learning interactive and measurable.
I encourage emotional connection with the music, helping students tell a story with their voice. This approach builds not only skill but also passion.
