About Peter
Coming from a non-law background I have had to sit my fair share of law exams. The key I discovered was to be able to think in any situation and identify the nub of each question. This meant that I became equipped to answer any question put before me. This skill came about through many discussions with others which is why having a tutor is so invaluable. It's someone who can help you build the skills required and get you equipped for all eventualities. It's not just about getting the answer, it's being able to think and reason - that's the skill of the lawyer. This is what the exams are trying to test, so understanding this and working on these skills pay off for your grades and career.
