I have been teaching yoga for many years and it has helped me change the lives of many women. Yoga is not about self-improvement; it is all about self-acceptance. Yoga gives you confidence, it improves your lifestyle, it is giving time to yourself which you forget to give in this daily hustle.

About the lesson

Traditional Yoga with modern touch. Here we conduct a variety of asanas daily. Yoga like power yoga with props, vinyasa flow, breathing techniques, yoga nidra, asanas, cardio workout and much more is covered in the sessions. Physical & Mental well-being is the right of every human being so why not look after it and create a healthy lifestyle.
