About Ana
I hold a doctorate in Biotechnology. During my PhD studies I specialized in molecular biology.I also hold a masters degree in biomedicine and have extensive knowledge in the area of biology in general. Although my training is in the area of laboratory biochemistry I also have 5 years of experience as a teacher in the areas of environmental science and ecology.

My teaching methodology is based on teaching by reasoning and not by memorization. My goal is to make the student develop their own way of understanding things so that their learning is more efficient and adapted to their way of thinking. In the case of biology in general, it is important that the student sees the practical application of the concepts that are tought in class, since everything in the world of biology is applicable in day-to-day life in one way or another. My goal is to inspire the student to see learning the subject as an advantage and not as an obligation.
