About Victor
My name is victor and I am a 23 year old newly qualified Doctor. I have always loved learning which I think is the first step in becoming a tutor. From young I have always loved to share my knowledge whether it be coaching basketball or mentoring chemistry back when I was in secondary school. Many people have the knowledge to tutor but they forget one of the most important aspects of being a good tutor is communication, being able to deliver knowledge in different ways so that your student can understand. Through my job as a doctor I come across people from all ages and walks of life on a daily basis which I believe gives me a level of confidence and advantage when it comes to being able to communicate with my students. If given the opportunity I think I could offer you a personalised style of tutoring where you won't only improve in your current subject but also learn revision skills and techniques which I have picked up and refined over my academic career.

Classrooms are filled with 30 children and taught one way to all so often when a child is having trouble in a subject it is not a problem with the Childs ability but that the style of teaching does not suit the Childs strengths
I believe Everyone learns differently so prior to our first session I like to collect information to assess; your baseline in that specific subject, talk with you and parents to see what your goals are and find the ways you like to learn best which will allow me to tailor our lessons to you specifically. Techniques such as PowerPoints/diagrams, working together through question papers, and explaining basic concepts are various tools I use now with my students. We will also monitor your progress both in our sessions and in your lessons to ensure that what I am doing is beneficial
I teach chemistry, biology and maths from any level up to and including GCSE. My qualifications include A* in all sciences and maths at both GCSE and A levels, with also an MBBS in Medicine and Surgery from Nottingham. I have had multiple years of experience in teaching of all ages which I love to do and is why I have continued to do even now as a Doctor
