I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 8 years of clinical experience and 4 years running my own physical therapy practice. My background combines evidence-based education, hands-on clinical expertise, and years of teaching individuals how to understand and apply complex concepts with confidence. I focus on breaking down material into manageable steps, explaining the “why” behind each concept, and ensuring students truly understand—not just memorize—what they are learning.
