Hi everyone, I am an American-trained fitness professional with 20 years of experience. My credentials include:
-DPT, Doctor of Physiotherapy
-BSc, Exercise Science
-NSCA, certified strength and conditioning specialist
-Certified personal trainer
-Licensed massage therapist
-Functional Range Conditioning, mobility specialist
