About Felicia
I'm Felicia Thomas Phelps, a dedicated educator with nearly 21 years of comprehensive experience in adult education. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education Leadership with a perfect 4.0 GPA, I bring both academic excellence and real-world teaching expertise to every tutoring session. My career has spanned from classroom instruction to site management to my current role as Grant Program Support Coordinator for the Technical College System of Georgia, where I serve as lead trainer for statewide adult education professional development initiatives. I've successfully helped hundreds of adult learners achieve their educational goals, from basic literacy to GED completion to college readiness. Beyond my professional experience, I serve as the primary learning coach for my three virtual students at home. My twin juniors maintain 4.3 GPAs as dual enrollment students, and my 12-year-old 7th grader has achieved all-A honor roll for four consecutive years.
