About Sarb

Education: I am a Doctorate in Chemistry with graduate and post-graduate both with Chemical Sciences as Major.
Awards and Recognitions: I scored II Rank in the University and qualified National Eligibility Test for Doctorate (>97 percentile). I have been awarded with Best Speaker and Poster Presentation Awards.
Teaching Experience: I have been teaching Chemistry for last 9 years as private tutor. I have taught crash courses preparation for entrance exams; Guided students to plan course schedules, assist with academic difficulties and help them with the overall plan of study; Developed interactive course material to understand chemical mechanisms.
I have passion for teaching as I am always energetic, hard working, organized, confident, punctual, trustworthy, motivated, good-natured, optimist and inspiring.

About the lesson

I prefer to teach in enjoyable and smart manner so that students can easily understand the depth of the concepts without being bored by the subject and are able to achieve success.
I know how to teach in smart way like how to make students understand the concepts by using graphics, presentations or visual animations, assignments, etc.
*I teach by understanding the level of student's minds i.e. how much they know and how much they need to know and how they can- The basis of this lies on the fundamental of Energy band gaps in Chemistry- Just like electrons transfers from lower to higher level if and only if there is energy match between the 2 levels. In a similar manner, there must be a common level where a student-teacher can interchange their ideas and knowledge comfortably.
By following above strategies, I have developed my personality and gained courage as a teacher and my students have achieved success by gaining good scores and admissions to reputed institutions like IITs (India).
