About Brandon
My name is Brandon, and I love Chess.
With over 30,000 hours over the board, I now rank in the top 0.9% of players in the world on the world's most competitive Chess platform (Chess dot com).
And along the way, I picked up valuable lessons that will stay with me forever.
Lessons that I continue to use every day both on and off the chessboard.

My teaching style is casual, easy-going and fun.
Because what's the point in learning chess if it isn't fun?
Unlike other coaches, I didn't learn chess from some fancy magical Hogwartz academy...
I learned all my valuable chess insights from MANY hours (over 30,000) of battling at the chessboard.
Which means:
- No boring textbooks
- No strict playing styles
- And no lame teaching styles
The whole lesson is built around the methods that YOU like most.
Because you grow much faster using methods you enjoy.
Some of the things I will be teaching are:
- The rules of chess
- How to win the end game
- Sneaky tactics to trap opponents
- How to checkmate with "Checkmating patterns"
- Chess openings - the best ones for your style and skill level
And plenty more cool stuff.
