About Grace
I first sat behind a drum kit at the age of 6, and have been in love with music and drumming ever since. Carrying it with me through school I studied Popular Music at Falmouth University, learning more about the drums, myself and what it takes to make it in the music industry today. I value punctuality, professionalism, dedication, and above all else, pure enjoyment and love for music. Personality-wise, I am enthusiastic, and constantly push the limits of myself, the drum kit and my students. I want you to be the best version of yourself possible, and I'm not afraid of the hard work it takes to get there. Are you?

I have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music and have over 15 years' experience in drumming, working professionally for the last 5 years as a drummer. Whilst I might not be as experienced in teaching as other tutors, I have a lot of experience as both a band leader and musical director in live music and theatre settings, as well as completing my music degree last year. I believe this experience will make me more relatable to my students, and it will help me craft my teaching style to deliver personalised lessons to each student. I offer a variety of lessons and sessions within drumming, whether you are a first-time learner, or need some extra help before an exam or gig, my services can be of use to you. Lessons usually last 30 minutes at £15, however hour sessions are offered upon request at a discounted rate of £25. I also offer workshops in show drumming and live performance skills.
