About Suyash Grover

I have been playing drums for 14 years and have experience of 4 years in teaching music formally. Further I have devoted last 4 years in studying Music Production, Audio Engineering and Electronic Music Performance and have studied at Point Blank Music School, London. I have been awarded Certificate of Excellence by Rockschool for teaching drums to a top scoring student in Rockschool grade examination. I take great pleasure in simplifying difficult concepts and structuring and streamlining various stages of learning to benefit the student's growth and understanding of playing drums, so that the student learns holistically and fast, understands the learning process, and enjoys playing the drums. Suyash is very methodical in his lesson planning and delivery, and often explains the concepts in various different ways which brings in clarity, specially with hand technique which is difficult to grasp initially. Recommended for anyone who wants to build a solid foundation in playing drums.

I am enjoying my lessons with Suyash, the lessons are planned as per my interests. Lessons are well balanced between theory and learning songs which keeps things interesting. First few lessons were about correcting things like the grip and wrist movement. The classroom environment is well equipped and professional.
