About Kristen

Academic Excellence & Research Expertise I am Kristen Mehalko, a dual-degree candidate pursuing both a Juris Doctor and Master's in Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University, with an anticipated graduation in 2026. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College, where I developed a strong foundation in life sciences that I have since applied in both research and teaching contexts. As a published researcher and co-author on multiple peer-reviewed publications, I bring real laboratory experience to my tutoring practice. During my two years as Research Lab Technician and Lab Manager at the University of Southern California's Benayoun Lab, I conducted cutting-edge research in aging and reproductive biology while mentoring undergraduate students in advanced scientific methods. My research contributions have been published in respected academic journals, demonstrating my deep understanding of scientific principles and methodology. Teaching & Mentoring Experience My passion for education extends beyond the laboratory.
