About Phillip
I graduated from Durham University Law School in 2019, BPP Law School for the LPC in 2020, and completed my masters in International Banking and Finance Law at UCL in 2021. I achieved a high first class in my graduation dissertation on Company Law.

Generally, my lessons will be geared towards university students that are taking company/corporate law, as well as those currently taking the LPC. These classes are necessary for those wishing to pursue a career as a commercial solicitor.
My teaching philosophy is to assist the student in digesting the material universities may have provided and help them contextualise the information for exam purposes.
