About Yaalini

I’m a dedicated and high‑achieving tutor who brings both strong academic results and real teaching experience to every lesson. As a Year 9 student ranked first in my course for Math, consistently earning a straight‑A report, and achieving Dux at Baulkham Hills, I model the study habits and discipline I teach. I was accepted into both OC and Selective, receiving my top‑choice school placement and scoring in the top 10% of selective applicants. Alongside my academic background, I have hands‑on experience tutoring students from Kindergarten to Year 7 in Math, English, General Ability, and Writing, through both a professional tutoring institution and private 1‑on‑1 lessons. I want to teach because I love helping younger students build confidence, master new skills, and realize that they’re capable of far more than they think. Parents can feel confident that I bring structure, patience, and proven results to every session, helping students build strong foundations and genuine confidence in their learning.

About the lesson

I offer engaging 1‑on‑1 lessons for primary students (K–6), typically running 1–2 hours and tailored to each child’s needs, focusing on building confidence and strengthening areas where they need the most support. My teaching approach blends clear instruction with guided examples and active recall, helping students truly understand concepts before applying them independently. I have real experience in a professional tutoring institution, I’ve taught students from Kindergarten to Year 7 across Maths, English, General Ability, and Writing, in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
