Home-Based Sessions:
1.) A 4-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled sessions in order to receive a full refund for those scheduled hours.
2.) If session is cancelled with less than a 4-hour notice, client is responsible to pay a $25 late cancellation fee.
3.) If a session is cancelled with a 2-hour notice and rescheduled within 2 business days of the original scheduled day/time, no penalty fees will apply.
4.) If a scheduled session is cancelled with a "no call - no show," client will be responsible for full session fee + travel cost.

Online/Web-Cam Sessions:
1.) A 4-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled webcam sessions in order to receive a full refund for those scheduled hours.
2.) If session is cancelled with less than a 4-hour notice, client is responsible to pay a $15 late cancellation fee.
3.) If a session is cancelled with a 2-hour notice and rescheduled within 2 business days of the original scheduled day/time, no penalty fees will apply.
4.) If a scheduled session is cancelled with a "no call - no show," client will be responsible for full session fee.
