About Guy
Hello I'm Guy, I have just finished studying my A-levels at Hills Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge,which is the second highest feeder to Oxbridge (one place above Eton), where I took English literature, psychology and politics. Prior to this I studied GCSEs at an independent school in Cambridge where I achieved grades A-C including an A in English. I also have dyslexia which has given my a deep understanding of the costs and benefits that this provides in relation to studying English as well as understanding how to achieve top grades in English as a dyslexic student. In addition to this I have a deep personal interest in literary texts and have a broad knowledge of many novels, plays and poems. I enjoy reading and writing in my spare time and have read a number of Shakespearean plays as well as having performed in both Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet.

I have a holistic approach in order to focus on the specific needs of each student. This may involve looking at essay structures, analyses of unseen poems and much more. I also like to make sure that each skill required for English can be put together in order to allow the student to consistently write top grade essays.
