Hi, I’m Megan, an Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I genuinely enjoy working with young children and helping them learn through fun, engaging activities.
I’m patient, approachable and always aim to create a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable to explore and grow. With my experience in classroom settings, I understand how to support different learning needs while keeping lessons enjoyable and meaningful.

Hi, I’m Megan, an Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences for young children.
My teaching approach is centred around play-based and hands-on learning, as I believe children learn best when they are actively involved and having fun. I incorporate a mix of activities such as storytelling, sensory play, simple experiments, art and movement to support different learning styles and keep lessons exciting. I also focus on building foundational skills like early literacy, numeracy, creativity and social development in a natural and enjoyable way.
Each lesson is typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the child’s age and attention span. I structure my sessions with a balance of guided learning and interactive activities to maintain engagement without overwhelming the child.
I have experience working with young children in classroom settings, where I’ve developed skills in managing different learning needs, encouraging positive behaviour, and adapting activities to suit each child’s pace. I always aim to create a safe, supportive and encouraging environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
My lessons are suitable for preschool-aged children (around 3 to 6 years old), especially those who would benefit from extra support, school readiness preparation or simply a more personalised and engaging learning experience.
