About Katie
I have discovered that having a similar situation when it comes to learning, i.e., student-on-student, can help improve motivation to learn in an environment that normally revolves around less one-on-one learning. Although I am no teacher, I’ve strived to perfect my academic performance, earning perfect scores on my English exams, and essays, as well as helping other students approach topics more deeply. I’m excited to be able to have the opportunity to help other students learn while also improving my skills!

Lessons will revolve around looking beyond surface level thinking with comprehensive techniques, finding multiple arguments and the proper methods of using evidence to support each stance, learning how to use figurative language smoothly within writing, and creating a natural instinct within formatting using the TEA method, contextualization, and other forms. After lessons, students will have a more natural and confident position within their writing as well as having an advantage in the college/work centered world.
