My approach focuses on improving weaknesses while maintaining individual talent. A person who is very committed to sharing knowledge as I believe knowledge might be power, but it's much more powerful when it's shared. Use attractive concepts to help students gain more understanding of each subtopic by using created formulas to solve calculations.
