About Romy
I have been tutoring economics for 4 years with a focus on clarity and confidence. My lessons include micro, macro, econometrics, and policy studies. I bring in real-world examples to explain abstract ideas. Financial systems and international trade are areas I especially enjoy teaching. I make use of repetition to build strong understanding. Active listening helps me adapt to what each student needs. I encourage curiosity through discussion and questions. My sessions also touch on how economics affects daily decisions and global challenges. I prepare students for both exams and future careers. Those interested in finance, policy, or business find my support helpful. I want learners to gain skills they can apply outside the classroom. Over 4 years, I’ve seen students grow in both knowledge and self-belief. My approach blends theory with application for lasting results. Together, we make economics both practical and enjoyable.

Economics can feel overwhelming, so my teaching method keeps it simple and structured. I cover microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance, and policy. I use targeted drills and practice questions to strengthen skills. Repetition helps build a strong foundation for tougher concepts. I also provide AP Economics preparation with focused practice tests. My lessons connect economic theories to real-world issues. Students practice with graphs, models, and real data sets. I listen carefully to adjust lessons to each learner. I also mentor students aiming for careers in finance, policy, or research. Sessions balance theoretical explanations with applied exercises. My approach makes sure students don’t just memorize but also understand. Over time, learners gain confidence and independence. I encourage curiosity and critical thinking in every session. Together, we build both knowledge and exam readiness.
