About Daanyal
I am a 2nd Year Economics Student at the University of Warwick. Having studied mathematics and economics at A-Level, I gained a deep interest in the subject and found them particularly enjoyable. Having to study during the COVID lockdown period, meant that I had to rely a lot more on learning the content myself and it is through this that I gained a new level of confidence in these subjects.
Eager to explore Economics further I applied to study it at undergraduate level and got accepted into top 6 UK university, with strict academic requirements. Having studied the subject for 2 years at this level, I am even more experienced and am confident that I can help struggling students access the top grades.
I am also quite keen of explaining, teaching and communicating with students and helping them overall in that process. My experience so far has been extremely enjoyable and fulfilling and I hope to continue this in the future.

Experienced in teaching and mentoring students in a 1-1 setting, particularly to help those who are falling behind and struggling to understand key concepts.
Having achieved high A level grades in Economics (A*) and Maths (A) I am extremely competent with the subject matter and have a strong grasp of the key topics and exam technique required.
I have taught several different age groups, including GCSE students, Primary School and other age groups in secondary school. As a result of my experience I have refined my skills of simple and clear communication, so that I can break down difficult concepts for students to understand.
During my lessons I will ensure to use constant interaction in order to maintain student engagement and will make sure that they are confident every step of the way. Additionally, I will put emphasis on both the content as well as exam technique in order to open doors to the highest grades possible.
