About Lana
I teach Economics with a focus on positivity, diplomacy, and adaptability, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I aim to make students feel confident and motivated to explore ideas, ask questions, and develop a deep understanding of the subject.
My methodology uses real-life examples, case studies, and interactive discussions to make complex concepts in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics easy to understand. I also incorporate related subjects such as Finance, Business Studies, Economic Policy, and International Trade to give students a broader perspective and practical understanding.
I adapt my lessons to each student’s pace, learning style, and goals. I emphasise critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of knowledge. My approach helps students excel in exams, assignments, and real-world scenarios while building lasting confidence and a strong foundation in Economics.

I have 9 years of experience teaching Economics to high school and college students. During this time, I have successfully guided 300–350 students, helping them achieve higher grades, improve understanding, and develop a strong foundation in both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
My teaching philosophy focuses on making Economics simple, practical, and relatable. I use real-life examples, case studies, and clear explanations to break down complex concepts, helping students see how theory applies to everyday life and the wider economy.
I believe in creating a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment. I encourage questions, critical thinking, and problem-solving, aiming not only to help students succeed in tests and assignments but also to build confidence and a lifelong understanding of Economics.
