About Valerie
My teaching approach focuses on making Economics easy to understand by using real-life examples and case studies. This helps students see how economic ideas work in the world around them. I also teach related subjects like Business Studies, Finance, and Social Studies to give a broader view and connect ideas across fields. I believe learning should be flexible, so I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s pace and style. I value collaboration and compassion in my sessions, creating a friendly space where students feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. Together, we work to solve problems and build confidence step by step. My goal is to help students not only pass exams but also enjoy learning Economics and related subjects in a way that lasts beyond the classroom.

I am an experienced Economics tutor with 6 years of teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully guided 150 to 200 students to better understand both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. My goal is to make Economics clear and interesting by connecting theory to real-life examples. I believe every student can learn and improve with the right approach and support.
My teaching philosophy centers on patience, clarity, and personalized lessons tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building strong foundations and helping students gain confidence in solving problems and preparing for exams. Many of my students have improved their grades and developed a deeper interest in Economics. I am proud to help them achieve their academic goals and enjoy learning this important subject.
