I use the activity or action method, which tries to encourage self-learning through peer-to-teacher learning. In contrast to the lecture style, I ask students a question rather than give them the direct answer. The goal is for students to develop a deeper understanding of the topic by using self-discovery and develop problem-solving skills. I also use direct instruction learning, by explaining the different language structures and grammar.
