About Maddison
I am a Education studies student; where I have researched and been taught about a multitude of learning techniques and stress management. I have also attended many classes on teaching stress management and regularly contact colleagues who specialise in stress management. I have assisted helping many people from primary to university level on stress management and how to continue managing it long term as well as short term

My teaching methods are 80/20 ratio in that 80% is personalised towards the student, and their own ‘story’ with the 20% being skills and techniques that can help many people for a broad range of stress management topics. I believe it is much more important to personalise each session to give its full impact to the pupil.
