About Reshma
I have been associated with the kids of my outhouses, then the passion of teaching spread over a wide range of students.I am always inclined towards those kids who are having problem in understanding concepts and their implementation and putting them into practice. I wish to get some smart and motivated students on this website so we both learn together, they enjoy learning with me and I love teaching them. I wish to have students who make my teaching challenging.
But I am also very strict as far as work is concerned. I give a lot of practice work to be done regularly, especially in Maths and Grammar. It's because as much practice you do in a subject, you tend to be more interactive with the subject,an understanding develops and that enhances your interest.

I approach the topic by raising some questions about the topic, then make them read their lesson, discussing and explaining the topic, enquiring whether they are able to understand difficult words and phrases in the chapter. The approach is very interactive. First I explain it to them then they will have to make me understand.I keep on stressing on the techniques of answering the questions. They will have to give me summary of the chapter and tell me what is their opinion on the topic.
