About Belisario
I’m Belisario. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my college years I realized the classes I enjoyed the most weren’t my favorite subjects, but it was the professors who brought charisma and energy to the subjects. These professors were engaging and passionate about the subjects they were teaching. This not only motivated to learn about the subject, but it helped me develop my philosophy as a tutor. As a tutor I believe in teaching concepts rather than recipes as to how to solve a problem. I use lesson plans developed to introduce the subject, the theory and then the problem solving. This ensures students get the entire overall picture and gives the ability for the students to ask questions on various perspectives of the subject.

I enjoy the one-on-one connection while tutoring, but at the same time I enjoy the energy brought during group tutoring environment. As a tutor I understand students have time constraints, which makes me flexible during weekday and weekends. At the same time as a tutor I am very goal oriented, I bring energy and passion into teaching to help every student achieve their learning goals.
