The travel cost only applies to those classes where travel is over 10 km. If classes are cancelled within 24 hours of the class scheduled to take place, the fee will be charged anyway, except in the case of a medical emergency. This means as well that classes require to be booked with a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the class (no emergency tutoring available). The only case where an extra fee will be charged depending on level is for those advanced vocabulary classes looking to practice and learn vocabulary that is subject specific (ie business/marketing, mechanics, etc.) and those will require 36 hours between booking and class start.
