About David
I tailor every guitar lesson to your unique needs and aspirations. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, I work with you to develop a lesson plan that helps you reach your goals. For beginners, we’ll focus on building a solid foundation of technique, musical theory, and rhythm, so you can start playing songs confidently. For more advanced players, I’ll guide you through more complex areas, like improvisation, fingerstyle playing, and mastering solos. Throughout the process, I make sure to keep the lessons engaging and motivating, so you stay excited to learn. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable to experiment and express yourself musically, all while making steady, enjoyable progress.

With 8 years of teaching experience and having helped over 300 students achieve their musical goals, I understand the importance of making every guitar lesson feel personal and relevant. Whether you’re just picking up the guitar for the first time or you’re an experienced player looking to refine specific techniques, I design lessons that cater to your individual needs and musical objectives. My lessons are structured to help you improve at your own pace, making sure you feel challenged but never overwhelmed. For beginners, I focus on developing strong fundamentals, from basic chords and scales to rhythm and strumming patterns.
For more advanced players, I explore topics like fingerstyle, advanced chord theory, and improvisation, all while maintaining an enjoyable and motivational learning atmosphere. I believe that learning should be both effective and fun, so I ensure each lesson is designed to keep you engaged and progressing. Whether you want to play for fun, perform in front of an audience, or write your own music, I’ll provide the guidance and support you need to reach your goals.
