About Koby
I am fairly new to giving lessons. My only experience is teaching friends some techniques for them to use in their song writing. However, I fully believe that I can help beginners and intermediate players get a feel for the instrument and will help to limit the amount of frustrating experiences with the instrument.

I am an electric guitarist in the Sparks NV area, and have about 10 years of experience playing the guitar. I would like to help beginners and intermediate players persevere in their playing by teaching them about song structure and musical theory so that it may be easier for them to write their own guitar riffs, and piece them together into a song. I would start by teaching very simple techniques, such as alternate picking, Beginner chords, beginner scales and more as well as slowly moving towards more technical techniques and will also teach about some music theory to help students get a better understanding of how to write songs. I am also very persistent in the idea that practice makes perfect and will constantly be motivating any student to keep trying no matter how hard it gets.
