About Benedict
I am an Electrical and Electronic Engineering student who genuinely enjoys helping others understand Mathematics. I tutor because I know how confusing Math can feel when it’s not explained properly — and how empowering it is when it finally makes sense. Helping students grow in confidence and ability is what motivates me most.

My lessons are designed to be clear, interactive, and results-driven, while still being enjoyable and confidence-boosting for the student.
As an Electrical & Electronic Engineering student, I bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills into every Mathematics lesson. I teach Grade 4 to Grade 12, with a focus on building solid foundations and long-term understanding — not just memorising formulas for tests.
Each lesson is one-on-one, allowing me to adapt fully to the learner’s pace, learning style, and current level of understanding. I start by identifying gaps in knowledge, then break down concepts step-by-step in a way that makes sense to the student.

Guided practice with increasing difficulty to build confidence

I believe Mathematics should make sense, not feel intimidating. My goal is to help students understand the “why” behind the maths, so the knowledge stays with them long after the lesson ends.
Whether a student needs help catching up, improving marks, or aiming for top performance, my lessons are structured to help them gain confidence, improve results, and enjoy learning Mathematics.
