About Argenis
Since 2017, I have taught Math as teacher/tutor for Grades Elementary and Middle school to students who have been enrolled at International schools and that have required leveling in those grades and according to Math Common Core Standards. I have some recommendations about conceptualization, didactic formulation of some problems, and practical examples applied to real life, which would contribute to improving the growth of student training and development. Also, I would like to learn and develop Singapore´s math method in deep to apply it.
Since 2000, I have taught Industrial Instrumentation courses and I have been a technical instructor of standards engineering design at the International Center of Education and Development of PDVSA-CIED and at the National Institute of Educational Cooperation in Venezuela. I served as a member of specialist teams to develop and review instrumentation standards according to the Manual of Engineering and Design of PDVSA.
In this matter, I have trained over 2000 people including engineers, technicians, and operators in Instrumentation and Control, Electricity, and Industrial Health and Safety.
Many engineers have been a success after they have taken my courses and for me, it is very satisfying when they have told me "I am in this chair because I took a course with you".
Also, I have designed, developed, and taught courses that are unique such as Instrumentation & Control Engineering Drawings Design and Metric Computation, Seminar of Instrumentation and Control engineering, deliverables, Instrumentation & control engineering drawings interpretation, process, instrumentation & control engineering drawings interpretation.
I have written Manuals for training courses. And as a speaker, I have presented a couple of papers in JAIP, Bogota, Colombia 2012, p.339-346, [6], World Heavy Oil Congress, WHOC11-119 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada 2011, p.62 [7], And Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2015, [8]. Also, I attended a couple of workshops in Ahmedabad, India, and Stavanger, Norway.
And regarding what I think makes me remarkable for a demanding position, it could be that I have learned that in addition to transferring knowledge by ensuring that students learn from me some subject; I know that the teacher's mission is to change lives, so I would like to be part of their inspirational team within an institution to change the lives of students such a way I can contribute they will be successful professionals and become good citizens.

I am an electrical engineer/math teacher, teach math lessons to students enrolled in elementary schools, MS&HS, Prep, and University level.
My teaching methodology is, first of all, to motivate the student through the use of real-life situations so that he realizes how important it is to learn mathematical knowledge, then to fix the concepts of the lessons, practicing with exercises, and trying to add actual examples and by utilization of the question technique, and finally give some exercises as homework.
My philosophy of education is that everybody in the world should have the right to learn and get a quality education regardless of its origin, race, age, sex, or economic situation. However, to do so it is necessary to inspire learners to get it. For this reason, it is fundamental to motivate them so they see how important is to know this statement. It is proved the best way everybody achieves his/her goal is when they are motivated and inspired.
Over the years, I have developed an innovative approach to teaching and conducting learners through creating and presenting course materials by solving actual problems as well as related to real-life by utilizing my own projects that I have designed and built whole over my jobs like design engineer. This motivates them to learn and it helps them to face the next step that will be the professional life.
