About Yazan
I am currently in my third year of Electrical Engineering at McGill university with a cumulative GPA of 3.72. In this period I am on an internship leave as an engineering intern at a telecommunications company which I'm learning a lot in. I finished high school in Jordan following the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and received a final grade of 42/45.

my one on one sessions with a student follow a general outline where I explain a new concept or build on an existing one. I think its then important to show the practicality of what was discussed and explained as I see many students understand better when demonstrated with practical uses. I then go through several practice problems with the student demonstrating a couple at first then letting the student go through them while narrating their thought process as it gives me a better picture on where I can improve their analytical thinking. When teaching virtually I use a virtual whiteboard where I can draw on screen and teach the same as if it were in person, I teach middle school to high school level math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus 1 and 2...etc.
