About Theresa
Teaching has always been a passion for me and I've had the opportunity of teaching students in different phases in their education. I am an experienced tutor with a strong passion for teaching and my teaching experience cuts across different phases including; tutoring high school students pass entrance exams into desired schools, training and knowledge transfer to new staff at engineering firm, providing strategy advice to new business owners on how to start and grow their business.

I adapt to the learning styles of each student I teach because I understand that one method doesn't fit all.
I provide practical examples to explain concepts that seem abstract to the student to better help them relate and connect the dots.
I am very patient and positive in my approach, this helps remove any fear or pressure of learning.
I believe it is important to build a good working relationship with the students where they can openly discuss area of concerns in the subject taught.
I prepare students for exams using harder questions right from the start to ensure extensive practice over time.
