About Laura

I am a certified teacher in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. I've been teaching people of all ages for over 20 years.

I've worked with programs such as Animated Literacy, phonics, and sight reading.

Reading is meant to be fun and with the right strategies it can be fun for your child too.

About the lesson

Through figuring out where your child is at and what they are working on in school, I can create strategies to help your child succeed in reading, phonics, spelling, or sight reading.

I can use the work your child is already doing at school or come up with something different and more interest based to help your child learn.

The free 30 minute session is online only and designed to allow you to ask me questions, have a little meet and greet prior to starting the first lesson, and to make a longer term plan.
Please note, I will wait 5 minutes past the start time. If you do not communicate or show up within that 5 minute timeframe, the session will be cancelled
