About Aliya
I graduated with a degree in education, as well as a degree in psychology. I have taught grades 4 and 5 together as a split class, and grade 1. My favorite thing to help teach is English (reading and writing) and math.

Is your child struggling to read? I am an elementary school teacher who is able to help children develop phonemic awareness, phonic, fluency and comprehension skills. Lessons will include letter sound recognition, tapping and blending sounds together to form words. For higher levels, we will be focusing on decoding words with fluency & building comprehension.
