About Robert
I’m Robert Jerome Pagan — an award-winning actor, director, and educator with over 20 years of experience in theater, film, and actor training. As a proud Puerto Rican and Mexican American creative, I’ve built my career on telling powerful, authentic stories and helping other artists find their voice in this ever-changing industry.
Throughout my career, I’ve directed over 250 stage productions, acted in and produced multiple award-winning films, and developed numerous arts programs that have launched the careers of working actors across the country. My work has been featured on major platforms, and I’ve been recognized not just for my artistry, but for my ongoing commitment to elevating underrepresented voices in the entertainment world.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter training. My coaching is personal, honest, and tailored to you — whether you're trying to break into the industry, book more consistently, or rediscover your confidence in the craft. From film acting and character work to audition prep and voice performance, I’ll give you the tools, strategies, and support you need to grow as an artist — and thrive as a professional.

For voice actors, every student will build and develop a unique character over five sessions, culminating in a featured performance on one of RJPC-Radio’s Top 100 Podcasts. You’ll not only gain professional IMDb credit, but also a high-quality audio sample to add to your reel — proof of your talent and experience.
