About Blair
With over 2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Choral Conducting (Vocal Emphasis), I offer studio-focused vocal coaching. My background combines classical training with modern production needs. I prepare singers for professional recording sessions. Studio singing requires a different mindset. I teach styles such as R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic music. Microphone awareness is a fundamental skill I emphasize. Students learn how compression shapes vocal sound. Auto-tune is approached with understanding and control. I also train singers in harmony stacking and vocal layering. Working effectively with producers is part of the process. I’ve taught school students, emerging artists, and adult vocalists aiming for commercial release. Progress is practical. My mission is to build technique, studio confidence, and vocal artistry for recorded music.

I approach vocal teaching with care, clarity, and encouragement. My goal is to help singers understand their voice and use it confidently. Lessons focus on healthy technique, starting with breath support and posture. Vocal resonance and projection are trained to improve clarity and strength. Tone shaping helps singers create balance and expression in their sound. I teach control over chest voice, head voice, mixed voice, and safe belting in a structured way. Solo singers in training receive focused attention to refine technique. Adult beginners are supported with patience and clear guidance. Lessons move at a comfortable pace. I believe learning should feel positive and motivating. Mistakes are part of growth. Confidence builds through practice and understanding. Singing becomes more natural over time. Together, we unlock vocal potential and build a strong, reliable voice.
