My name is Manjula, i am a passionate and certified Yoga instructor. My primary goal as a yoga teacher is to create a supportive and encouraging environment that allows you to embrace your practice authentically. My yoga class includes a combination of physical postures(asanas), based on the health conditions, breathing exercises ( Pranayama), and meditation. I mainly focus on Hatha and Vinyasa). Yoga is a personal journey hence I teach based on each individual's needs and body flexibility and health conditions. I keep the sessions based on the individual pace and we need to listen to the body and enjoy the experience.
