About Oscar
I’m a 20-year-old French athlete who came to Australia to immerse myself in a new culture and training methods. In the 2024 season, I ranked 3rd among French U23 athletes in the half marathon, with several top 10 national finishes in middle-distance running throughout my young career. With extensive experience and international exposure, I’m excited to share my knowledge with others. Passionate about running and sport, my goal is to support individuals in achieving their personal sports projects, helping them grow, reach their full potential, and find joy in running

"Whether you're a runner with health, fitness, or performance goals, I offer personalized training plans and sessions to help you achieve your objectives. The first step is to communicate and understand your exact needs, so I can support you every step of the way.
Then, I'll design tailored workouts for both short- and long-term goals! Sessions include injury prevention, race preparation, recovery strategies, and all the knowledge I've gained from 7 years in high-level athletics.
I can also be your training partner if you'd like to run together! I'm flexible and passionate about helping you succeed. If you have any questions or special requests, don't hesitate to reach out – I'm open to working with you!
