About VAISHNO
With a dedicated yoga journey since the age of 12, I've cultivated 15 years of personal practice. As a seasoned instructor for the past 8 years, my classes blend invigorating Vinyasa and soothing Yin Yoga. Tailoring sessions to individual needs and the time of day, I aim to offer a well-rounded and personalised yoga experience.

Approach: I foster a student-centric environment, tailoring lessons to individual needs. Integrating traditional principles with modern techniques, I emphasise mindfulness and breath awareness. Sessions, typically 60 minutes, focus on building strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. Qualifications/Experience: - Certified Yoga Instructor by SVYASA in India in 2016. - 8 years of experience in guiding individuals of all ages and fitness levels through comprehensive yoga sessions. Students: - Taught yoga to students to help them do better in their studies. - Used special yoga moves and calming exercises to help students concentrate and focus. - Created a fun and positive class where students learned how yoga could improve their schoolwork. Adults: - Showed how to be healthier by doing fun yoga activities, making it easier for them to stay fit. - Taught calming yoga techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation, fostering a healthier mind-body balance. Target Audience: My lessons cater to beginners and intermediate learners of all ages. Rate for online lessons - £10/hr. Free lesson- 40 min
