I’m a whole body wellness coach
I teach practical ways to heal through timeless ancient wisdom practices that calm the mind and open the heart! I have had the honor of studying under esteemed teachers from Malaysia and Thailand for over 25 years. These wise mentors, deeply rooted in the realms of spirituality, martial arts, and Qi energy, have given me the foundational wisdom to understand the Branches of Chinese Medicine for maximum healing. My meditation practice is rooted in the belief that traumatic experiences and emotional distress can become "trapped" in the body's nervous system, manifesting as physical symptoms like chronic pain, muscle tension, or exhaustion. By increasing body awareness (interoception), individuals can identify these physical patterns and work to "discharge" the pent-up energy, allowing the nervous system to return to a balanced state.
You’ll be guided through the Ancient Mudra Meditation Routine—time-tested mudras and breathwork designed to calm your mind, balance your energy, and align your chakras.
