About Dylan
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School and College students. Having successfully worked with around 150 learners, I understand that every student has different goals, strengths, and learning styles. My mission is to provide personalized lessons that help students become confident English users.
My teaching approach combines grammar instruction, vocabulary development, speaking practice, listening activities, reading comprehension, writing improvement, and pronunciation training. I explain every concept using simple English and practical examples that make learning easy and enjoyable.
I encourage active participation and believe mistakes are valuable learning opportunities. Students receive regular feedback and progress reports that help them stay motivated and continue improving with confidence.
Helping students improve their grades, communication abilities, and self-confidence has been the most rewarding part of my teaching career. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic Writing, Reading Skills, Vocabulary Building, and Communication Skills. My objective is to help every learner achieve long-term success through practical English education.

I believe that every learner can develop strong English skills when lessons are practical, encouraging, and tailored to individual needs. My teaching methodology is built on accountability, integrity, flexibility, communication, and positivity. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning from every experience.
I begin by identifying each student's goals and language level. Based on this, I prepare personalized lessons that strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I include discussions, role plays, reading passages, writing exercises, and everyday situations so students can apply English confidently in real life.
Accountability encourages students to practice consistently, complete assignments, and monitor their progress. Integrity helps me build trust by providing honest feedback and treating every learner with fairness and respect. Flexibility allows me to adjust lesson plans according to different learning styles and individual progress.
Communication is the heart of every lesson because regular interaction builds fluency naturally. I encourage students to speak without fear, ask questions, and develop confidence through continuous practice. A positive learning atmosphere keeps students motivated and excited to improve.
Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Business English, Academic English, Vocabulary Development, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Pronunciation, Interview Preparation, and Professional Communication. My mission is to help learners become confident, fluent, and independent English speakers.
